Are you concerned about the basics that you need for you and your family? You can take the first step today by joining the Pathway of Hope to help you navigate the challenges to a better future. To get there, a caseworker will work with you to design a plan around your individual goals, needs and strengths.

LIFENAV Program

Resourcing The Hope Of Individuals Living Outside Of Shelter

The Salvation Army LifNav program offers street level engagement and support for our neighbors living outside shelter, while helping them navigate their path to rapid rehousing.

OUR LIFNAV ENGAGEMENT TEAM FOCUS ON THREE AREAS:

Engage

Our team first engages our participants through providing basic resources like food, supplies, and if possible, emergency shelter options to build relationships of trust and belonging.

Empower

Our team then works with individuals to empower them to design their personal story in order to achieve their quality of life goals through guided journaling sessions. This allows participants to reflect on past experiences, determine what their preferred life will look like, and then help them in setting SMART plans of action to reach their goals.

Equip

Finally, our team helps to equip our participants with the tools and resources needed to help them put their plan successfully into action.
